Recent engagement: a 360° feedback program spanning a global nonprofit’s CEO and leadership team, individual development reports plus a consolidated analysis of organization-wide themes.

The approach

A clear path from insight to lasting change.

Whether it's 1:1 coaching, a leadership program, or a team offsite, the work follows a structured path, helping people find their own answers and put them into practice. Here's how engagements typically unfold.

1

Discover

We start with a discovery call and a needs assessment, interviews and conversation to surface what really matters and where the gaps are.

2

Reveal

Validated assessments and 360° feedback (Leadership Circle, EQ-i 2.0, Hogan, CliftonStrengths) give you an honest, data-informed view of how you lead.

3

Practice

Through sessions, workshops, and offsites, leaders and teams test new behaviors in real situations, with support, candid feedback, and accountability.

4

Measure

We track progress against the outcomes you set, evaluating real on-the-job behavior change, not just how the sessions felt.

Questions

Before you book.

Who do you typically coach?

Senior leaders and rising executives across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, from federal agencies to fast-growing companies. If you're serious about growing as a leader, that's the starting point.

Are sessions virtual or in person?

Most coaching is done virtually, which keeps things flexible for leaders working across cities and time zones. In-person and on-site work is available for organizational engagements.

How long is a typical engagement?

Coaching engagements usually run over several months, so there's time for real, measurable change, not just a quick conversation. We'll define the right scope together on the discovery call.

Do you use assessments?

Often, yes. Depending on your goals we may use 360° feedback and validated instruments (Leadership Circle, EQ-i 2.0, Hogan, CliftonStrengths and others) to ground the work in an honest picture of how you lead.

How do we get started?

Book a free 30-minute discovery call. We'll talk through what you're working toward and whether coaching is the right fit, no pressure either way.
